關於YV12訊號

請問各位知不知道FourCC為YV12的影像的排列方式是怎樣?

假設是8x8的YV12訊號，看www.fourcc.org解說，排列方式是開頭是64Byte的Y，然後是16Byte的V，最後是16Byte的U，但我按這個方式抽取Y訊號出來，會出現奇怪的畫面：
