之前不是用 sn 製造了一組 RMA
但是填錯了郵遞區號 zip code
所以 RMA 已經存在了
方法有二:
1..你可以寫英文信給客服部門說明這樣的狀況,請他們幫你改 zip code
2..等一個月,那組 RMA 就會自動失效。
