I would like to help you to arrange a RMA for you, but before to do so, I need to verify the drive is truly faulty.
Have you used PowerMax diagnostic software to test your hard drive? if not, please download it from
www.maxtor.com.
After the test, please copy/paste the log file which is auto generated in PowerMax floppy disk into next coming mail.
Appreciated if you could briefly describe the drive issue to me.

我試著做了,且在譯點通的幫助下寫了封簡單的信回去...
再來就等下個消息了,還不知怎麼送說...
