感謝你和日立全球儲存科技部技術支援中心聯絡.我們已經在我們系統中幫您確認過您的硬碟為OEM. 由於該硬碟並非零售版(不知道翻的好不好~)我們無法替您換新品或幫您檢查其保固狀況. 該硬碟是出售至某系統製造商(就是品牌電腦啦...中文真難譯~)並安裝至他們自己的品牌電腦中(原文非如此,只是比較好懂罷~). 因此,該硬碟保固應該是由系統製造商提供. 很抱歉我們無法幫助您. 本支援中心只支援透過零售管道銷售的硬碟.
