的確這一台notebook 是我第一台notebook,看來你應該是compaq相關人員
不懂來問問是應該的,這一台初期狀況早就讓我對compaq失望透了,沒有這顆硬碟事件之前,我早就叫身邊的人不要買康柏的東西了,如果那一千塊維修收費合理的話,那我不知該賺多少錢了,不知幫多少人重灌過…

2.notebook本身是軟體+硬碟的結合物,Compaq不只是賣你硬碟
他還必須保證這顆硬碟相容性沒問題,安裝軟硬體費用,檢測費用...等等等
,你當然可以自己買硬碟自己裝,但出任何事都是你家 的事

而我早就買顆硬碟回家用了,也都正常快樂使用中,如何…騙人沒diy過?說得好像危險性很高似的,我想我比較好運吧,在完全不懂情況下,自己買回來裝都正常okay。

We have checked your drive details on our system and have found that this is an OEM drive. As it is not a distribution drive we are not able to replace for you nor check the warranty status for you.
This drive was sold to a system manufacturer to be installed into their own complete computer system. As such, the drive warranty is carried by the system manufacturer.
May I suggest that you go back to your place of purchase for service.
Sorry that we cannot be of help here. This HelpDesk only supports hard disk drives sold thru Distribution channels.
