我覺得ATI的RMA personnel有點被我惹毛了
最近我年初維修回來的AIW 9800 PRO又給我出了問題

在填了RMA request之後等了好幾天
今天早上收到了回信

The AIW 9800 PRO was originally bought on eBAY USA, and of course I have the
retail box kept.
Then early this year, it was defective, so I asked for RMA and you replaced
it.
And now, it's just defective AGAIN.
I'm so curious and wondering why you never keep the repair record?
For it's easy that you may track it down according to the serial # and
something like that.
I just feel that you're wasting both our time.
The attached file is from you when last time I dealt with your RMA service
which shows that you have the obligation to receive my RMA request.

As you have had your card serviced under warranty previously, you should be aware that we cannot simply grant warranty service for customers who request this service from regions where the cards are not distributed. ATI products are distributed in many formats, and an ATI partner product may have a part number and serial number that appears to be valid for an ATI product. These products would not be under warranty through ATI directly.
We are not trying to "waste" your time by clarifying where your product originated, but we are trying to ensure that you do not needlessly send your card to Canada. Should you require warranty service in the future, you can indicate where your card originated in your warranty request to prevent time being "wasted".

雖然我是拿到了RMA碼...
當初在填寫RMA request form時網頁上也沒註明要說明卡的來源
所以我覺得我也沒什麼錯吧
買了2張AIW 9800 PRO卡前前後後總共送修4次
每次6、7百的郵資跟浪費的時間...其實我也並不很高興
