可能大家误解我的意思......

我的设定是：

Server 是 Mandrake Linux 10.0 Official
Client 是 WinXP

现在的问题是，WinXP 的 Telnet Client 不能连接 Mandrake Linux，如下：

C:\telnet 192.168.1.3
Connecting To 192.168.1.3...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

注：Firewall 没开，ftp 和 http 可以

是不是要打开 Mandrake Linux 的 remote access/telnet service?
如何打开？
有什么设定？
