Although it sounds like you have antivirus software already that has tried to delete it and now it's trying to get back into your system. I suggest some software called Spy-Bot and Ad-aware these are both free to down load and will go through your entire system looking for nasties ...once they are found kill them off.

I sugest to everyone they down load these programs as you will be very suprised by the amount of crap that gets pulled off pop-ups even when you don't click on them!
