Right here, No word on issues/performance as we have not tried them yet but these supposedly support SM3.0 features and MIGHT require DX9.0C to work properly. Highly recommended for nV40 card family users.

61.40 are fakes or so i heard But then i don't think your ti4200 has any new features waiting to be unleashed Try them out and share with your findings though hehe.
