因為人是恆溫動物,需要保持熱量來維持各部機能,這就是脂肪的功用...
在低溫下做運動,當糖類不足以供給熱量時,便會開始燃燒脂肪...
所以有所謂的低溫減肥法...
另外,連續做個半小時到一個小時以上的中度運動,讓肌肉酸痛,會增加減肥的效果
因為運動時堆積的乳酸,肝臟需要事後燃燒額外的能量來轉換回醣類,
這個效果可以持續二到三天...這之間會不停的燃燒多餘的脂肪或糖類來提供能量...
