問題是,又有幾個人知道要找這些專家?
發生事故撞死人就已經慌了...哪會想到這些
歐美都有專門的政府機關進行事故的模擬與重建,而且大多是跟汽車強制保險一起的,發生事故,一句話說要交給相關單位,警察馬上接手進行事故調查
之前聽人說,在台灣發生事故,開車的一定有責任...果然如此...
不像歐美地區,只要你做了你所有該做的...你就沒錯,甚至如果你為了閃躲該行人而跟別的車相撞,你還可以跟另外一輛車的車主聯合向該行人求償
而且,最好是考駕照時會給你來以上那種狀況啦...
考到一半安排一個人跳出來給你撞?
還對各種狀況有充分的掌握袠...
