Jgl_Rt Directory keeps reappearing in Windows XP recycle bin

Symptom
A directory named Jgl_Rt may appear in your Recycle Bin.
When you try and delete it you will receive an error message that you can't delete it, as it is in current use.

Cause
The directory is placed in the recycle bin as a temporary directory, which is created when you bootyour system with certain models of CD-ROM and or CD-RW drives with a CD inserted inside, or when a CD is placed into it while your Operating System is already booted.
The reason you can't delete the Directory, is due to it's current use by the operating system.

Resolution
Removing any CD that is in the CD-ROM and rebooting your system, will remove the directory from the recycle bin.
When a CD is placed back into the CD-ROM or CD-RW, the directory will be recreated until the CD is once again removed and the system is rebooted.
