其實美國海軍也怕自己真的弄出柴電潛艦,因為以柴電動力潛艦在淺水區的優異性能...國會一定會要求海軍買一些取代核潛...但是海軍偏好核潛...於是...
只是...希望這次潛艦採購不要又弄出弊案...雖然 90%的機率是會
