有可能,若是技術轉移的話,蘇聯的𠻻魚級的靜音程度跟 688差不多,若是中國有得到該技術的話,就有可能自己在改良...
就算沒有 688...也該有 接近 636的水準
在者,共產國家其實最不容小覷的,因為你無從得知他們砸了多少錢到哪個地方...加上嚴格的媒體管制,情報要從媒體上取得,是有點難度
