INTEL原廠DATA SHEET提到原廠的風扇會依照機殼內的溫度做轉速變化，並不是依照CPU的溫度喔~~但是機殼有上蓋的話，隨便都會突破他的區段點，所以會全速喔

The boxed processor fan will operate at different speeds over a short range of internal chassis temperatures.

分別為三個區段

X ≤ 30 °C
When the internal chassis temperature is below or equal to this set point,
the fan operates at its lowest speed.
Y = 34 °C
When the internal chassis temperature is at this point, the fan operates
between its lowest and highest speeds.
Z ≥ 38 °C
When the internal chassis temperature is above or equal to this set
point,the fan operates at its highest speed.

針對這樣的設計，您疑問到這樣是否合宜？答案應該是適合的，因為環溫升高的話，一樣的風量卻不能帶走在低環溫時相同的熱，故必須提高轉速來增加風量，藉此來保證能夠帶走相同的熱。您說的另一種方法是以CPU溫度來考量，這樣也是沒錯，但是前提是主機板必須額外提供這樣的溫控電路，但是並不是每一家都這樣做，所以INTEL為了大部分的考量，還是把溫控加在風扇之中，而並不是以主板來控制。不知道我以上的說法，您是否能夠接受。
