當然用DVD錄影機是最方便的方法~~
但是目前國產低價機種都沒有硬碟~~無法進行剪接的動作~~

回答一下樓主的問題~~
VHS錄成 mpeg-2 只能說影像劣化的程度會減到最低~~
基本上是看不太出來的~~
至於錄影程式的話~~建議使用 WINDVR 3
他錄成 mpeg-2 的效果不錯~~而且可以直接給 TMPGEnc DVD Author 吃
