這個是Steel Panthers的進階版,主要是二戰為主.Steel Panthers II: Modern Battles 以後系列的軍事以現代戰爭為主.
Steel Panthers原來是SSI所出的遊戲,後來SSI倒了之後,一些死忠玩家把源代碼加以不斷改進,加入新的要素以及規則,在2001年時由Matrix這間軍事遊戲公司免費發佈,並改名為Steel Panther:World at War.
Matrix陸續在02-03年間發行數套Steel Panther:World at War的資料片,最新一張資料片是講101空降師的戰役,預計今年年初發行.
好玩啦!這個遊戲從1996年至今,屹立不搖,可見得多吃香!愛玩軍事遊戲的不可錯過,更重要的是它是免費的啦!
