我的 DVD-ROM 是 Pioneer DVD-120 ATAPI。近日購入了幾片第三區及第二區的 DVD 影片，但是變更區碼的次數總是有限，想把自己的 DVD-ROM 的區碼更改為全區，所以到 The Pioneer Region Free DVD firmware page 此網頁下載了「Pioneer DVD-120 v1.23 RPC-1」，但是內附的 readme.txt 所敘述的說明我看不太懂(我的英文很爛)，所以想請教各位高手，內附的 readme.txt 是在說明什麼呢？及要如何將我的 DVD-ROM:Pioneer DVD-120 ATAPI 改成全區的？非常感謝！！
