File Server: 建議用Windows 2000/2003 Server 以 Active Directory 控管, 除了當file sever 還可以當 AD server, DNS server, web server. 要不然就去買NAS (威達)也可以做簡單的控管。

Mail server: Linux 的 postfix, sendmail, 免錢又好用。 不會 Linux, 就買一套「雷電MAILD」(http://playstation2.idv.tw/raidenmaild/index_big5.php3), 很好管理，又不貴。

防火牆: 好一點的用netscreen, 要不然IP 分享器也有簡單的防火牆功能. 流量不大也可以考慮趨勢科技的GateLock, 兼具firewall 及 viruswall 一兼二顧.
