美國從10月24日開始實施新法, 所有行動電話使用者可以更換電信服務提供者卻不用換號碼.

Now that people can keep their cell phone numbers, there's less to hold them back from switching phone companies. So will millions of customers jump ship in search of better deals? Or will they just shrug and continue business as usual?
既然使用者可以繼續使用原號碼, 阻止他們換電信服務的原因已經消失, 他們會因為更多優惠換家或是無所謂並且繼續使用?

不知道什麼時候台灣才能通過這則法律??
