At this time, we can say with certainty that 4x, 2.4x and 1x drives lack the requisite laser power to burn a double layer DVD+R disc.

"likely" = 可能是，但不一定
所以8x的DVD+R讀寫頭才有可能燒DVD+R9，4x的不用想。真正的結果還要等十二月尾的仕樣書出來才能知道。(注：LDW-401S/LDW-411用的是8x讀寫頭)
