40000 can buy a good notebook already.

if you are new user, DON"T buy used notebook. and besides, used one is not much cheaper than new one.. if other poeple sell you a good model for very cheap price... there must be some problem he/she didn't tell you.

try Dell, or Asus, they should have a model for you.

PS. you can choose lower clock CPU and put more ram into the machine. usually can save you some money.
