if you are not overclocking... you can just make the fan run slower.. although the temputure will be a bit higher.. but still ok.

there are 2 ways.

1. plug the cpu fan plug into case fan header on motherboard. this way, the fan will run around 2XXX rpm instead of 3XXX rpm.. and much quieter.

2. buy a fan speed controller. (cost around 1XX NT)
