當你的序號沒有完整key in 時，也有可能出現這種訊息
因為我曾因為少打 xxxxxx-RT，後面的RT兩個字，結果出現這是OEM drive，讓我緊張了一下
但是一旦我把RT也打進去，又正常顯示保固內，可以直接產生RMA
然而我的另一顆死雞硬碟的序號並沒有後面的 "-RT" 字樣，key in 時也更無須 key in "-RT"
無意間發現的情形.....

還有一個個人不好的經驗
一個月前把一顆出問題的梭魚寄回美國Seagate，因為我人在這
結果Seagate委託的貨運公司竟然把寄回來的硬碟寄丟了
經過打電話跟貨運公司反應後，貨運公司要我告知Seagate跟他們聯絡看要怎麼處理
結果Seagate的客服竟然跟我說，必須要貨運公司跟他們聯絡
竟然跟我說他們沒有部門負責處理這種事。
我當然就火了，這是什麼機車理由！
從頭到尾都不是我的錯，為什麼我要自己想辦法？
最後客服才答應他會重新寄一顆給我，但是我目前還沒收到....
再等幾天看看結果如何。
我的運氣怎麼會這麼好，竟然遇到寄丟這種事....
