我看了這個討論串之後,
就到 Catalogue 去向 Ishiyama-san 下訂單,
JPY12,114 的金額, 不算多也不算少,
Ishiyama 老是要我寄現金過去,
不過 International 的貿易那有人把現金拿來用寄的?
我於是延用之前向日本買電視的方式,
到銀行去匯款, 而且還多付一筆電報費,
確認 Catalogue 18 他們確實會收到 JPY12,114- 一毛不少的在他們指定帳戶中.
(這個方式之前向 HighTech 買電視的時候是可行的, 當初可匯了十幾萬日幣).

昨天 Ishiyama 他們收到了錢了,
但卻又告訴我說銀行還要向他們收 JPY2,500- 的手續費. 這是怎麼回事呀?!

由於以銀行匯款的方式是我堅持的, 而且這個付款方式也明確的標明在他們 International Payment 的網頁上.
我覺得如果他們要這樣子收錢, 基本上就是要講清楚.
而完整的購物款項已經匯到了他們指定的帳戶當中,
為什麼還會再多這個 JPY2,500- 的費用出來呢?!
這並不是 Money Order, 也不是 Check, 這是 Cash in Account 耶!

我告訴他們, 如果你可以拿得出來這 JPY2,500- 的付款證明,
那我就付這個錢, Why not!? 就是嘗試你這條路的狀況到底是怎麼樣嘛.

日本人做 International Order 真的是很遜...

Thanks for your kind message. I am sorry to be noticed short of JPY2,500-

Please kindly advice the reason of shortage (or include a copy of this "fee charged by MIZUHO Bank"). I will then send the money to you.

Under this situation, I would like to suggest you to make some revise in your payment turns show in the website. Even you tell us about sending cash by post office mail system, but sending real currency in this way is really not securerd and if lost, no where we can claim and it could cause you so many problems.

I have made international purchasing to your country before, purchasing a 80kg TV. I made the same payment in the same way. Vendor received the exact amount we decided. There were no any problem.

But please be noticed that I am willing to compensate the amount when the reason of this extra fee is clarified. I will go for cash cahnge this afternoon. The sooner I got your reply, I should made the payment as soon. I want these DVDs also.

Writing so many is because I would like to have better purchasing in the future. Please kindly understand and assist me.
