我有一個自日本Aamzon買的片片自從9月6日寄出到現在都沒收到,比它晚寄出的order都收到了,就這一個不見了,在Amazon.jp買過很多次就這一次不見,偏偏又是最貴的12,630,很想哭,寫了信跟Amazon.jp反應,結果回信是

看來是不會像Amazon.com一樣重寄一份給我了 ,想請問各位不知還有沒有補救辦法,又或是Japan有哪一個網站的服務可以媲美Amazon.com會重寄一次的,感謝了
