You can never do that, except for ...authoring DVD Audio. But you'll probably never get in touch with DVD Audio authoring.

It seems DVD Audio is the "best" way of DVD authoring, it's menu-type still scenes can be switched freely without affecting the background music, also, you can jump to the "movie scene" too.

If I am a member of the Hollywood production, I'll try to talk every other members into making DVD Audio movie and urgent more DVD Audio/Video Players to come into market, so that no one can do the DeCSS and copy the well-protected DVD's. The DVD Video Players would than be dead by the time when everyone buys DVD Audio/Video Players. All the Hollywood DVD movies would then be in DVD Audio format.

However, because I am a consumer, I'd never expect this thing happens, so that I can copy all the existing DVD Video at will.
