這個很早之前就有了，在 AthlonXP 還是 Palomino 核心的時候

主要是讓 WinXP 支援新 K7 的 PowerNow! 技術，但是在 Desktop 上幾乎沒有用處....

不過我還是都有裝啦！

剛裝好 WinXP 時去作 Windows Update，在驅動程式部分就可看到這個修正檔了
