All 16ms NEC/Hitachi/BenQ/Acer uses AU Optronic Panel.

Btw Philips LCD have a slightly higher response time (30ms) so it is not recommand for FPS gaming.

Also anything that is 25ms or less should be fine.

But for the similar price a 19" CRT is better for gaming.
