小弟發信詢問 Seagate 小弟的硬碟是否合乎送修的標準,結果 Seagate 回覆希望我找台灣亞銳士(小弟硬碟即將過一年),但是小弟回覆送修亞銳士不划算(需負擔來回的運費以及
剩餘兩年的保固只剩一年),結果今日Seagate回覆我的Mail,表示我需要負擔來回運費及關稅!?
請問各位送修 Seagate 的經驗,是否僅需負擔寄去新加坡的費用,而寄回台灣以及報關的費用是由 Seagate 負擔還是由使用者呢?

Dear Sir,
Seagate can support the warranty of your drive, however, you will need to
send your drive to Seagate in Singapore, and you will need to bear all
transportation charges for sending the drive to Seagate. After receiveing
your defective drive, Seagate will send a replacement drive to you with the
freight charges borne by Seagate. All custom duties and taxes will be paid
by you. If you can accept these conditions, you can create an RMA order to
send your drive to Seagate. The procedure is as follows:

Upon submitting the serial numbers and model, you
will be prompted the warranty validation screen. For drive which has the
"Option" indicated as "Exchange", you may go continue to the next step.
Kindly scroll down the page to click on the " Create RMA" and complete the
application form. Upon submission of the form, you will be given an RMA
order number as well as the shipping instructions.
