這是M$針對美國寬頻連線用戶所推行的msn整合服務而已(msn messenger只是其中之一的功能.. 儘管它是免費的..但總不能少吧！？@@")，之前MSN 8的時候就已經開始只讓付費的註冊用戶使用msn 8 軟體了...
