小弟猜想您應該是美國移民,第三國的觀光簽證您可以考慮"加拿大".
因為如果您今年先去美國的話一定是用觀光或留學名義先進入美國.那當你明年拿到綠卡時美國政府會要求您先離境美國在重新入境美國.不然的話海關人員沒辦法作報到(Landing)的手續.
明年時您又沒有辦法回台灣,那你就可以去加拿大晃一下再回美國就可以了.開車作飛機都可以.
這是小弟8年前移民時用的辦法,小弟的當時情況和您很像,只不過小弟當年是為了閃超過16歲之後要簽切結書(以後就不能辦僑民)而在15歲時就跳機加拿大(小弟是加拿大移民).
