Thank you very much for your recent order. Sorry to hear that your DVD
jewel case was damaged in transit.
We do not regard damaged goods, be it slightly or otherwise, as a
trivial matter and I can inform you that we do intend to improve our
packaging again in the future - in order to prevent this genuinely rare
occurrence from happening at all.
I will get a replacement sent, first-class, in today's post.
I appreciate your understanding in this matter, - and hope I will be
able to assist you again in the future.
不知道他所指的"replacement"會是什麼東西......
