謝謝!! pcdvdck大大的指導 我也是看了您的文章才開始寄送的 我也有自己做功課 HGST的網站我也逛了差不多 我只是覺得奇怪 第一次看到0080開頭的電話 剛好我又都打不通 兩個不同的電話線路都打不通 我是白天上班時間打 等等用手機打看看 我英文還算可以 我的硬碟是死掉狀態 我還自己寫了一篇描述的內容連硬碟一同寄到HGST 如下囉.... 我應該不是什麼都要人幫的 整串討論我從頭讀到尾 有些地方還是需要大家討論

The problem I encountered :
-There is a strange sound when I try to turn on the hard disk. But I failed to turn it on.

-The hard disk could not work under the circumstance of DOS or WINDOW.

-BIOS could not detect the hard disk.
