SuperVideoCD (NTSC).mcf 專門處理 30fps 的影片
因此轉檔前要先用 VirtualDub 打開你的 AVI 檔看是哪一類型的再決定要用哪一種範本處理！
這樣畫質才會好！
P.S.
通常不管 AVI 有沒有做 IVTC...
甚至看起來有水平條紋...
但是只要用 TMPEGEnc 轉出來以後都不會有水平條紋了！
所以你只要注意有沒有選對範本(24fps or 30fps )就好！
轉 SVCD/VCD 就是那麼單純^^"
