Actually I found a solution that is diable Ultra DMA in BIOS and enable digital CD in WIN2000 then everything working fine....(expect WINDVD 2000 2.3)
The Radeon driver in WIN2000 is not better than 98/ME. I knew it coz I using it. For instance D3D in WIN2000 they disable Anti-aliasing, I can't use it but in 98 I was able to. I know the new driver is improve it but it's a beta driver and I found out it was not stable(5.0.3073) now I am using 5.0.3053.and I satisfy it. Although it can not use Anti-aliasing but I using RadTweak for Radeon, it is a good tool for Radeon, however it hasn't got overclock option but I think it still better than powerstrip. (that's my opinion)
