去對岸的射手網,是有說到 用 TMPGEnc 做 IVTC
轉成一秒 23.9 frame,
其實,有沒有做 IVTC , 差別是不是只是讓檔案小一點而已?
如果說 bitrate 都一樣,總大小 size,
應該是一秒 frame 數較小的比較小吧,應該吧 
大家壓 AVI, 有做 IVTC 嗎?
如果只根 size 有關,做不做是無所謂啦,
是這樣嗎?

關於你這個問題...在wide跟snic兄裡的教學都有講的很清楚...
做不做IVTC是要看影片的性質...有的影片用DVD2AVI裡的"forced film"選項就行了...不用再用TMPGEnc去幫影片動大手術...省時又省事...

哈哈...被你發現了...我都用另一台P-II 600 的壓囉...
不然我的P-II 350早就被我操死了...
不過看 avi 倒是很流暢...沒出現過delay的情形...
