That video was misleading. My wife works in that mall, not far from the Apple store. That lady had been to the Apple store multiple times to buy iPhones without contracts. She drives up from Newton MA to go to NH stores to save on the sales tax. After the last time, she had been banned because they know she is buying them and shipping them overseas. When she returned this time, they told her she couldn't buy anymore. She was pissed and started filming people buying phones. They asked her to leave and she was screaming and creating a scene. They called the cops (who were nearby and were there quickly) to get her to leave. The cops tried to get here to leave and she started flipping out. They tried to arrest her but she was flailing her arms and fighting them putting the cuffs on, so they tased her. The video only shows the end of the whole deal, but she was flipping out and screaming so loudly that people came by to watch. I know people are going to be all over the cops for this, but the video only tells the end of the story....
