種花電信的提昇上網效能設定檔真的有用嗎？

在種花地信的「測速網站」中有提到，如果網路效能傳輸不佳的話，可以服用「專用調整檔」

以Microsoft Windows Vista / 7 / 2008 / 2008 R2這個版本看來，其bat檔的內如下：
