The Very Basic Question
 

Hello... here goes the really really basic question for you, I have always wanted to watch tv on my computer and I think my hardwares does have enough power to support it, AMD ATHLON XP1700+, Gainward Geforce 3 Ti200, Soltek KT333.
If I want to watch tv on my computer? which tv tuner cards would you suggest? Do I need to hook up and antenna to the tv tuner card? I am thinking about ViewSonic VB50HRTV TV Tuner http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...ory=1226&DEPA=1
