1 GB Radeon HD 6970 to Cost US $279Cheaper than HD 6950 2 GB, and at a price point of US $279, AMD's new 1 GB Radeon HD 6970 stands testament to the competitiveness AMD left for itself in the performance segment, a crucial market segment. AMD's Radeon HD 6970 with 1 GB of memory will be launched by partners soon, along with 1 GB Radeon HD 6950. The two will compete with NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 560Ti which is slated for 25th of this month.

The new Radeon HD 6970 was able to shed $100 (or close to 26.5%) of its price by halving its memory amount. The original 2 GB version sells for an average $379. The 1 GB cards use eight 1 Gbit memory chips over a 256-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface. Memory clock speeds and bandwidth remain unchanged. Apart from memory amount, partners will most likely use cost-effective board and cooler designs. Apart from the HD 6970, AMD will also introduce "Turbo" variants of the Radeon HD 6870, which will feature very high GPU core clock speeds.

先買 6950 2GB 和 6970 2GB版本 玩家哭哭了! 2G記憶體
除非有玩GTA4 或 多螢幕遊戲不然根本用不到

只能說早買早享受晚買享折扣


GTX 560 要怎樣挑戰呢?

7.8k? 也還好差1千左右,2G+開SP..一切看需求...

GTX560沒什麼可以挑戰的吧? 就多那些SP的話跟同頻率跑的
460差距不會太遠，不超頻跟舊的470差不多再快一些...
如果1GB RAM版本的6950一樣可以開核變成偽6970那就更
不用比了，現在要比價性比或是每瓦功耗都是A家優勢很多，
在下唯一想看的是上面的GTX570會不會被這波打到降價，以
570來說降到9xxx的價格就會有更多人想入手.
不過說來說去PC game現今大作越來越少就算有也大多像SC2
那種中階卡就可以跑很順的程度，敗高階顯卡的誘因越來越少了QQ

什麼時候會出6950 1G的???
個人覺得我只有在玩遊戲~
用6970 1G的好像有點浪費~

小弟弟這邊資訊是20~21號會拿到某家的2張，香港那邊還沒辦法給我答案到底是6850還是6950... :jolin:

剛好打到GTX 560... :jolin:

560 還沒出來爽一下 就被擊沉!
以後 就算新顯卡 也很少 超過萬元!
連帶 6950(1G) 6870 6850 不就一起跳!!!
這下價格又要重新洗牌
