Cable寬頻是不是無法掛Proxy上網？(ISP問題？)
有些網站會封台灣的IP，要掛Proxy才能上去
過去家裡用ADSL時，掛Proxy可以正常上網 現在家裡用Cable，掛Proxy會無法瀏覽網站 是不是Cable寬頻沒辦法掛Proxy？還是ISP的關係？ |
