Clarkdale是32nm的Westmere(雙核i7)一個die + 45nm的IMC and GPU一個die, 然後2個die封裝在一起...
個人覺得在mobile會比較有市場, 不過規格看起來還是沒有比785G/SB710 + Phenom II X4來的漂亮 |
每張小板CPU電源都是ESP 8Pin
和以前比起來改進不少..... |
