are all of the cards capable to capture TV into MPEG2 (hardware or software) and NICAM stereo receiver ?
[1] ATI TV Wonder [2] KWord TV Tuner [3] TV Vision P951TF can tv programmed recorded into MPEG2+stereo with other 3rd party software ? like WinDVR / WinVDR ? |
