我用ghost 12還原時發生了問題

我用ghost 12還原時發生了問題
問題如下

error e7d1001e:unable to read fromfile .
error 0000045d:the request could not be preformed because of an I/O device error

請各位前輩幫個忙，告訴我是哪裡出了問題，感謝。

我的備份檔有12.7g
本來我的c糟是分割成15g
後來我發現不夠用就重新分割成20g
之後要復原就會出現問題
我把硬碟拿去裝在別台電腦
發現本來20g的磁碟空間
在使用ghost 12還原失敗後
分割區大小竟然變成了12.7g了
