中了毒...“packed.generic.61”....我用的是norton360但還無法解决.!!!

可以描述一下"無法解決"嗎?
下面這是Norton網頁上描述的移除方式
照理來說三月到現在應該不至於吧.... :laugh:

1. Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
2. Update the virus definitions.
3. Run a full system scan.
