首先，根據熱力學沒有永動機這種東西!

還有，目前了解的永動只有在超導體理的電子，可以在超導體內永動~

事實不一定是真實，有影片不一定是真的。而且沒有瑟爾效應這種東西，物理界還沒有這種理論得到證實。

基礎概念看來好像是內圈轉子以電磁驅動旋轉
轉動產生的磁場會引動外圈轉子
so on and so on (三圈)
在外圈轉動力就足以發電

也就是說...使用較少的能量來產生更多能量

另外是圈數應該有限制
因為圈數越大產生的轉速越快
如果轉速與離心力剛好平衡
那轉子最後會幾乎是漂浮轉動,只剩下空氣摩擦力 (如果能在近真空狀況下就更好了)
如果轉速過大,那轉子就會脫離磁場吸引, 飛出去了

連高爾都得諾貝爾獎了，
這若做的出來可以實用的話早就也能得獎啦，
還需要無上濕的贊助嗎？
