Intel plans to launch two new 45nm Yorkfield-based quad-cores with quite
reasonable prices, and it plans to do this in Q3 2008. As many of you know,
Q3 starts in July and lasts until the last day of September and in this
period Intel plans to introduce the Core 2 Quad Q9650 and Core 2 Quad 9400.

The Core 2 Quad Q9650 will run at 3.0GHz on a 1,333MHz FSB. fits in socket
775 and has 12MB of L2 cache memory. It will sell for $525 at launch and, of
course, it’s made in 45nm dual-core stitched process. The second quad-core
to launch in Q3 is the Core 2 Quad Q9400, which will run at 2.66GHz, again on
a 1,333MHz FSB, using socket 775 and it has 6MB of L2 cache memory. This CPU
is the same as the current just about available Q9450, but with 6MB of L2
cache cut off. The Q9400 will sell for $268 at launch.

另外Q93 Q94只有3M*2...難以買下手...爽度太低...

四核上4Ghz 還是繼續等明年看9650以上的降價/撿二手, Q9550 8.5倍頻要上470+ 才有4G,
跑上或許有機會, 但是代價是什麼則是另一個問題. 還是說現在45nm quad core 滿地大鵰就另當別論吧. :D

愛說笑，怎可能現階段去買q9550

q9450都嫌cp值不夠高了

現在還要為了0.5倍頻多貢獻出7張小朋友我看還是算了...

看來QX9650 到了第三季是拋手的時間點 :D

銷售壽命是業代才需要關心的 :laugh:
