專利戰爭之阿嬤的逆襲！

照片中這位慈祥到一個境界的老太太，可是握有一項相當關鍵的技術專利啊！

這位 Gertrude Neumark Rothschild 女士，哥倫比亞大學（Columbia University）的退休教授，最近針對一大堆大公司，展開一項頗有立足點的專利侵權控訴，

她在今年的 2/20 號向美國國際貿易委員會（International Trade Commission）提出申請，希望他們能夠介入調查；這一炮就轟掉 30 家的公司的案子，據說是跟她的一項和雷射電極、光發射的專利有關。

就在前幾天，ITC 同意展開調查，而其中相當值得注意的一點，就是 Rothchild 女士之前曾經跟 Philips 在類似（還是說根本同樣的專利）的官司中，達成庭外和解，這也代表，這不太像是專利蟑螂來討錢，而是一群資本家欺負老太太然後被反咬的教訓。

看名單上不乏一堆國際大廠 :shock: (Nokia、Hitachi、LG、Sony、Sharp.....)
有人知道這阿嬤到底是告了哪一項專利啊 :confused:

US4904618: Process for doping crystals of wide band gap semiconductors
這一個專利的發明人已經算是很接近了
剛好也是 US5273931: Method of growing epitaxial layers of N-doped II-VI semiconductor compounds
這個North American Philips Corporation所擁有的專利的引證專利

懷疑中 :flash:




說著說著..又找到2915641.不過這是1959年的專利 :jolin:
可是發明人是Gertrude N. Rothschild
感覺好像更接近了

太神奇了.641這個專利是3152257的引證專利
而257這個專利的專利權人是North American Philips Corporation

難道就是她 :flash:

ok.我可以確定這位阿嬤有2個專利
4904618 "Process for Doping Crystals of Wide Band Gap Semiconductors"
和
5252499 "Wide Band-Gap Semiconductors Having Low Bipolar Resistivity and Method of Formation
並且在2005年和philip達成和解的就是這兩個專利
可是不曉得她現在又生出什麼專利來打這30家了

恩...確定是阿嬤認為有人侵犯她的499號專利.所以又出來繼續告了
