小弟收到廠商的一份通知。不過內容有點看不懂，想請英文高手幫忙翻譯一下。
在此先感謝。

We hereby certify that we have already received the 10%(USDXXXX) of our invoice NoXXXXXX value amounting to USD XXXX for the letter of credit No XXXXX,that is issued by BANK XXXXXX

我們在此確認/立案我們已經收到訂單號碼No222222總金額10%"的訂金"(USD1111).收到的金額USD 1111 是由XXXXXX銀行所發行的letter of credit編號No 3333333

"訂金"是我猜的.letter of credit是貿易用辭.我知道是什麼可是不知道中文怎翻.

我們己經收到商業發票號碼XXXXX金額的10% (後面一小段amounting to USD XXXX我不曉得是蝦米, 不過看字面上應該是總金額)

for the letter of credit no.XXXXX (letter of credit=>信用狀)
信用狀號碼XXXXX

that is issued by BANK XXXXXX
那個是由XXXXXX銀行簽署的

比較完整的大概是這樣, 你可以對照一下, 10%(USD123.45)跟amounting to USD1234.50這兩個數字是否為相差10倍

我們證明我們已經收到由台灣銀行所開立的信用狀號碼為 "甲乙丙丁" , 商業發票為 "ABCD" 的10%的金額....

Letter of Credit = L/C = 信用狀 => ㄟ漏系 (會煩死)

日本方面開立的L/C大多比較簡單, 中東的最複雜 :stupefy:

而, 會有幾%金額的收取, 大多是大型機器設備, 下order先付多少, 押匯再付多少, 機器完成安裝試車再付最後尾款 :agree:
